After graduation, I’m looking forward to continuing to grow as a clinician in a setting where I can keep working with children, adolescents, and families while building confidence in my skills and clinical voice. Early on, I plan to obtain my Limited Licensed Professional Counselor so I can begin the process toward full licensure. Over the next several years, my focus will be on gaining meaningful, hands-on experience, completing supervision hours, and continuing to learn through both formal training and everyday clinical work, with the goal of earning my Licensed Professional Counselor. I’m especially interested in deepening my understanding of trauma and plan to pursue additional training in approaches like EMDR and trauma-informed care.

As I grow in the field, I hope to feel more grounded and confident in my work, with a clearer sense of my strengths and the populations I feel most connected to. I want to continue showing up in a way that feels genuine, thoughtful, and present for my clients, while also staying open to feedback and ongoing learning. Over time, I would love to give back to the field in some way, whether that’s mentoring interns, collaborating with other professionals, or contributing to program development. Overall, my goal is to keep evolving both professionally and personally, while providing care that is meaningful, ethical, and truly client-centered.
